Standards of Membership
All Members will:
- Certfied by the Bahamas Bridal Association.
- Certified by the Ministry of Tourism.
- International Certification of Association of Bridal Consultants
or Weddings Beautiful Worldwide.
Code of Ethics
All Members will:
- Represent each client fairly and honestly, providing all agreed-to
services in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Establish reasonable, proper fees for services and provide written
estimates to each client.
- Use honest factual advertising.
- Operate an establishment that is a credit to the Association
and the community.
- Maintain good standing at all level of membership

We are always looking for new members interested in bringing professional,
Bahamian Destination Wedding services to the rest of the world!
We presently have two levels of membership:
- Consultant member - (This membership is for an individual or
company that provides bride with full service wedding coordination).
- Auxiliary member - (This membership is for each additional
member from the same company. The first member pays the full rate
for the category and must maintain primary membership).
- Novice member - (This membership is for an individual or company
in the wedding business for less than one year. Must matriculate
to Consultant status within one year of becoming a member).
- Allied Consultant to Vendor member - (This membership is for
those companies offering services and products to the wedding
industry).
